Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions shall be applied to every order made at M.Y.D. SARL (M.Y.D.) on www.AttitudeSk8.com.

• Our products and prices are valid as long as they appear on the site (while stocks last).
• Upon receipt of your order we check the availibility of your selected products. If the products your ordered are not available, we commit ourselves to deliver the products within 10 days from the date of entry of your order or we propose you a similar product at a similar price or a refund check.

• We send your order confirmation by email. Please take the time to check the entries you made.
• Through this e-mail we accept your order. This email confirms the contract of sale between you and us. These conditions shall apply to every online purchase.

• All listed prices are in EURO, all french taxes included (VAT and other sales taxes). Delivery fees are not included.
• M.Y.D. reserves the right to change the price listed at any time without prior notice. M.Y.D. commits to apply the rate in effect at the moment of your order, while stock last.

If you are ordering a product from outside the EU the recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the products are shipped. Furthermore your order may be subject to delay or be opened and searched by local customs authorities when entering the destination country. Please note we are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs.

Payment methods :

• by credit card :

Your payment is made through the web server of our (banking) partners. None of your personnal information will transit on our site. The payment by credit card is totally secured, your order will be processed and recorded as soon as your designated bank accepts the payment.

• with a PayPal account :

You need a PayPal account to use this method of payment. Your order will be confirmed when PayPal sends us a confirmation e-mail about your payment.

• by bank transfer :

After your order has been validated, you will get our bank details by mail to process to the bank transfer. Your order will be reserved for 7 workdays. If we don't receive your payment beyond this period of 7 days, you order will be waived. We will process your order upon receipt of your payment.

Safe payment :

Our servers use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. This is an industry-standard protocol to transfer information via the Internet securely. Your personal banking data are sent encrypted and do never appear on the site thank to the SSL protocol. The transaction is directly made through your bank however M.Y.D. has absolutely no access to your personal data at anytime. That's why you will be asked to fill in your personal data for every new order on our website.

Proprietary rights :

All of our deliveries and performances occur under proprietary right. Until the delivered/ordered products have been paid for in full by the customer they remain the property of M.Y.D.

Refused payment :

M.Y.D. reserves the right to stop delivery of products in transit and to withhold shipments in whole or in part if the customer fails to make any payment to M.Y.D. when due or otherwise fails to perform its obligations.

Generally :

The item will be delivered to the customer's given address.

We are not able to deliver on army bases because the tracking of your parcel will not be possible in these areas.

Terms of delivery :

All delivery times quoted are always working days (Monday to Friday).

Indicated time of delivery corresponds to the processing of your order until it leaves our warehouse.

Every delivery made before 12.00 PM is sent the same day.

Parcel reception :

• Please check the conformity of the products once you receive your parcel and before signing the delivery note. If necessary the damage shall be notified in the delivery note.
• Please contact us if they are any problems.

• Delivery and performance mistakes due to acts of God are not the responsibility of M.Y.D. The results of outside influences give M.Y.D. the right to delay a delivery or to cancel non completed parts of orders. Acts of God include strike, blockades, import and export restrictions and other national interventions regardless whether they effect directly M.Y.D. or distributors to M.Y.D.
• As for our professionnal customers, M.Y.D. shall not be liable for any loss of business, loss of profit, damage, fees and expenses that may occur.
• The choice and the purchase of a product is held under the responsability of the buyer. If you cannot use a product because of its incompatibility with another one, M.Y.D. cannot be held responsible. This situation cannot lead to any compensation nor any refund. Unless there is an hidden defect or if the cancellation clause apply. In case of an hidden defect you can whether cancel your order or keep the product and get a discount on its original price.
• If an order is not delivered on time or a part of it is missing, the buyer will have until 6 month (as soon as the package leaves our store) to let us know. Beyond this period, no complaint will be accepted.

How to return an item :

In accordance with the article L.121-16 and following the Consumption Code « le Code de la Consommation », the buyer has 7 workdays upon the receipt of his order to return every article that doesn't suit him / her. During this time (of 7days) the consumer can ask for an exchange or a total refund without penalty, except the shipping fees.

At M.Y.D. we give you the possibility to return the item within 30 days of the date you received it. Send the products to us in its original condition, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact ortherwise the "cancellation cluse" cannot apply). Do not forget to fill in the return note, that you will find in your account under Usefull Docs, completely. Otherwise you might lose your right of withdrawal.

• M.Y.D. will pay for return shipping in case the order contains noncompliant products. M.Y.D. will refund you the prices that currently apply.
• You have the right to return goods and items undamaged and packed in their box of origin (with accessories) with a copy of the bill. Every items damaged by the buyer will not be accepted.
• All refund and reimbursement are made within 10 days upon receipt of the damaged goods.
• M.Y.D. will not accept any returns sent by COD (Cash On Delivery)

You can acces, change, modify or erase your personal data at every moment (article 34 of the act "Informatiques et Libertés" from the 6 of january 1978). Let us know whether you want to receive promotional ads or not.

M.Y.D. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time and without given prior notice. In this case, the modifications of the terms and conditions shall apply to every order made the same day.
