When am I going to receive my order ?

If you place your order before 12.30 PM, it will be send it to you the same day..
Then, GLS guarantees to deliver within 72 hours.
If you place your order after 12.30 PM, it will leave our stock the following day.

example :
You make your order on tuesday before 12.30 PM.
Your shipment leaves the same day.
Then, depending on your mailman's round, you will receive your parcel whether on thursday or on friday.

You can track your parcel all the way with the tracking number that will be sent to your email address. (as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse)

How can I follow the processing of my order ?

Cancelled , unshipped
Your order has been cancelled and will not be sent. There can be different reasons for this status, the first is that your payment has not been confirmed.
Please contact us if your payment has been made and this staus appears.

On hold , not shipped
We are waiting for your payment confirmation. If this status appears, please contact us ASAP.

Reserved , not shipped
You chose to pay by check or COD? Your items are placed on hold during 7 days until we receive your check or the COD confirmation.

paid , processing
Your payment has been confirmed, we have received your order and we are in the process of gathering your items.

paid , wrapped
Your order is ready to be shipped. You can still modify the place of delivery by contacting us.

Paid , shipped
Your parcel has been shipped, you will receive it within 72 hours. From now on the address of delivery cannot be modified.

How can I track my shipment ?

As soon as your parcel is shipped, you will receive the tracking number with the confirmation mail. Enter the code on the GLS site to track your order in real time.

warning : Your tracking number may not appear on the GLS site. This may happen while your order has just been shipped.
It may take 24 hours until you can follow it on the site.

How are the shipping costs calculated ?

The shipping costs depends of the weight of your parcel and are charged too you exactly.

You can be sure, that we just charge you the exact shipping costs without adding fees..

How works the delivery?

    Once your delivery leaves our ware house, it is carry over by GLS.

  • If your are not at the place of delivery when the mailman comes, he will drop a notice of attempted delivery in your mailbox. You will have to contact GLS directly to withdraw your parcel at the nearest GLS office. Don't forget your ID. You have 15 days for the withdrawal of your parcel.
  • If your mailbox allows it, the mailman will drop your parcel in it.

How can I use my credit voucher ?

The amount of your credit voucher will be deducted from your invoice before you pay for it.

Warning : Credit voucher cannot be used for the shipping fees.

Why can I not use my credit voucher?

For safety reasons, you can only use your credit voucher when logged onto your account. If your session doesn't work, refresh the page, the browser, or reboot you CPUS.

How to return a product

To return a product, please follow the process.

My item does not fit, can I return it ?

Of course you can! You have 30 days to do so and to send it back to AttitudeSk8.com.

You can exchange your item, get a credit voucher, or get a refund. You have 30 working days to return your item from the date of the order. Your item(s) must be undamaged and new/unopened (still in original plastic wrap and unworn) .
To get the item of your choice, please follow these steps:

  • Select the item you would rather like.
  • confirm and pay
Your order will be confirmed and will arrived within 48 hours.
Meanwhile, send us the item you want to return with the return form you will find in your customer account or a note indicating:
  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The reason of this return. Let us know if you want to get a credit voucher instead or a refund.
  • A credit voucher will be available upon receipt of your note.
  • You can get a refund within 8 days.

It's not what I expected, What can I do?

The products you received didn't meet your expectations. In this case, please contact us ASAP.

For other products, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Return of shoes and shoe boxes: The shoes must be unworn and the box numbers must be visible and untapped.

- return motives : refund, credit voucher, exchange ( specify size and model to our customer service )

Your parcel must be shipped back in a safe way..

Our advice :
If the return is not a result of our error the return fees will be at the customer charge. You should present a proof of this return. Our advice is to use a courier service that can issue you a complementary copy of the shipment with: the address of the recipient, the date of the shipment and the number of the package.
